Nigeria: One dead in single-vehicle crash on Third Mainland Bridge

A tragic accident occurred on the Third Mainland Bridge on Thursday night, resulting in one fatality. The incident took place near the UNILAG Waterfront, heading towards Adekunle. According to the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency, the vehicle involved was a loaded mini truck that reportedly lost control, leading to a devastating crash.
The identity of the victim has not yet been revealed. The traffic management agency responded promptly to the situation, deploying officers to manage traffic and minimize disruptions. Efforts are ongoing to clear the scene and restore normal traffic flow.
