Public officials do not only fail to be transparent and accountable but they go further to violate the law and abuse public office and when journalists and citizens expose their corruption they jump to threaten legal action.
Hamat Bah, if you sue any journalist, rest assured patriotic citizens will also sue you!
There are ample reports and evidence from the National Assembly to the National Audit Office for which you have to answer!
Where are the EcoLodges? Where are fuel coupons from GTBoard? What decisions did you make on land allocations in the TDA and state lands?
Go to court, and we will also go to court to sue you for gross violations and misconduct!
You do not own this country. You do not own the courts. You do not own the law. You cannot threaten anyone!
You have never publicly declared your assets since you became a minister in 2017. That’s a legal requirement.
Release the minutes and reports of the Ministerial Committee in which you were a member which decided the sale of the assets and appointment of receivers. If you care about transparency, accountability and probity, release the reports and minutes of your committee! Now!!
