KIANG, CONVENTIONAL RULES OF ENGAGEMENT ARE CLEAR

By Ensa AB Ceesay

To the people of Kiang, do not despair nor be silenced in your own country and hamlets. If the NPP does not respect rules, why should you?. The NPP, as a party, is a rogue rebel entity that intimidates, harasses, or violates standard procedures.

Knowing they cannot win the Massembeh bye-election, they resort to violence and any means necessary. If this means so much to them, it should mean your blood and sweat, and no one should witness such unchecked injustices. The NPP only understands ‘tit for tat.’

The ‘rule of engagement’ defines force usage, specifying when soldiers engage the enemy. NPP rebels, who intend to inflict pain on the people of Kiang, should be met with proportionate threats.

The NPP is a violent party disrespecting rules without consequences. Never believe ‘there are laws in this country.’ Gambian laws are non-functional un the Barrow administration, serving a few goons, which is a ticking time bomb for animosity. Though they have the security apparatus on their side, you have the people.
