Nigeria: Tinubu celebrates Airtel Nigeria’s Prince Femi Adeniran at 50

President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Prince Femi Adeniran, Executive Director at Airtel Nigeria, on his 50th birthday. In a statement by his spokesman Bayo Onanuga, the President praised Adeniran’s contributions to public service, private sector leadership, investment promotion, and national development.

Tinubu described Adeniran as a respected corporate executive, policy advocate, and investment expert known for professionalism, courage, and commitment to Nigeria’s progress. He commended Adeniran’s patriotism, especially his decision to leave senior private sector roles to serve the public at key moments.

Pioneer CEO of Osun State Investment Promotion Agency under former Governor Adegboyega Oyetola. He repositioned the agency, improved investor engagement, and boosted public-private collaboration.

Adeniran has also built a strong private sector career across financial services, education technology, and telecommunications. In 2023 he returned as Executive Director, Stakeholder Management, Communications & CSR at Airtel Nigeria. There, he uses his cross-sector experience to drive industry-government dialogue on telecoms sustainability and competitiveness.

Tinubu called him a “bridge builder, visionary communicator, and committed patriot” whose work reflects the best of private enterprise and public duty.

 President prayed for Adeniran’s continued health, wisdom, and greater impact as he marks his golden jubilee.
