The Delta State Police Command has taken swift action against officers involved in a viral video assaulting a young man. The command’s spokesperson, SP Bright Edafe, announced the detention of the officers and the querying of their team leaders.

Arrests and Detentions The officers involved have been identified, summoned, and detained at the command headquarters.

Internal Disciplinary Action Commissioner of Police, CP Olufemi Abaniwonda, has directed internal disciplinary action against the officers.
