How long will it take for America to realize what a huge mistake it just made?

“America” didn’t make a mistake. This is exactly what “white” America wants.
A lot of the people who voted for Trump are a little hurt because they’re losing their farms and their retirements. BUT given a choice between these two people again,
knowing that Trump is going to abdicate his authority to Elon Musk, and the Republican Congress wasn’t going to do anything about it, they’ll burn in hell before choosing a Black woman over a white man.
Remember, Donald Trump is a convict. He’s an adjudicated rapist. He’s most likely a Russian and/or a Saudi asset. He bungled the pandemic. He fucked up the economy. He owes $475 million in legal judgements. He’s a 78 year old man who can’t pay attention. Every member of his first cabinet who wasn’t indicted has said he’s an idiot.
His main opponent for the Republican nomination was Nikki Haley.
More than three out of four Republicans chose him over her.
