The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fortizo technologies, Alex David Pratt has been awarded the most outstanding tech professional in Africa.

Fortizo Technologies is a high technology company that designs, creates and sells groundbreaking hardware and software innovations light years ahead of their time.

The awarding ceremony was done by the Business Executive Group headquartered in Ghana.

The African Outstanding Professionals Awards took center stage in The Gambia in 2025, recognizing and honoring the brightest minds and most accomplished professionals across Africa.

From groundbreaking innovators to impactful leaders, the pan-continental awards scheme is dedicated to spotlighting individuals who are not only shaping their industries but also elevating Africa on the global stage.

Open to both indigenous Africans and resident foreign nationals, the awards promote world-class professionalism, foster global competitiveness and build a strong network of Africa’s finest talents across every field. 

In his reaction, Mr. Pratt delighted in receiving the continental award, said “I am incredibly elated and deeply encouraged to receive AFROPA’s Most Outstanding Tech Pioneer Certificate in Africa.”

“This recognition affirms that my efforts and contributions are making a meaningful impact. It’s a powerful reminder that dedication and perseverance do not go unnoticed, motivating me to continue striving for excellence in the tech industry.”

He extended heartfelt gratitude to Business Executive Group for organizing such a continental award.

“Your commitment to recognizing and celebrating African innovation is truly commendable. This award not only honors individual achievements but also inspires a collective drive towards technological advancement across the continent,” he said.

He advised Africa professionals to believe in their vision and stay resilient.
