Do Democrats know that Bill Clinton cut 377,000 government jobs as President and Al Gore as his VP was the (Elon Musk) hammer who made it happen

Yes, it is correct that 377, 000 jobs were cut. I think more actually. There was a six month review by an elected official (Gore), and it was sent down to Congress which gave approval. ( Bipartisan at that- those were the days and we thought it was bad then.)
Gore can not be compared to Musk. The differences are vast.
Gore was a two term representative of Tennessee and then Senator, before becoming the Vice President. He was elected to his position and had no conflicts of interests. He is also a natural born citizen of the United States of America.
Elon Musk is native born to South Africa, but holds citizenship in the US and Canada. He was not elected to his position, but appointed. He has many conflicts of interest given the government contracts and subsidies he receives.
There is question of the legality of his appointment given his dual citizenship, his conflicts of interest and neglect to diversify from his businesses while serving in a government position. It’s something even the President of the United States has to do and has been done by every one, including Trump.
Musk has gone into government agencies without review and over sight and just cut jobs. That means without rhyme or reason. This has brought chaos, legal challenges, and a process more fiscally costly. A circus show of inefficiency.
What Clinton/ Gore did, was take an objective, reviewed it, justified it, went through the Constitutional processes of approval through Congress (Your mouthpieces and Representatives of you) and then implemented it in a manor that could not be challenged. Make it efficient both legally and fiscally.
