Nigeria: Onboard altercation: United Nigeria hands over VeryDarkman, Mr Jollof to security

United Nigeria Airlines has handed over social media influencers Martins Otse (VeryDarkman) and Freedom Atsepoyi (Mr Jollof) to airport security following an altercation on Flight UN0523 at Asaba International Airport.
The incident, which occurred during boarding, was captured in a viral video showing the two passengers fighting. The airline’s crew responded promptly to de-escalate the situation, and both passengers were removed from the flight to ensure the safety of other passengers and crew members.
According to United Nigeria Airlines, they prioritize safety and have a zero-tolerance policy for any conduct that threatens the security or well-being of passengers or crew. The flight departed safely after standard procedures were completed, while VeryDarkman and Mr Jollof remained with authorities for further investigation.
