Nigeria: Tragedy in Yaba as collapsed building claims four lives

A three-storey building in the Alagomeji area of Yaba, Lagos, collapsed on Friday night, leaving residents in shock and families devastated.

By Sunday evening, rescue workers had pulled four bodies from the rubble, while four others were lucky to be rescued alive. The collapse, which happened around 8:30 p.m., trapped several people under the debris, sparking desperate efforts to save lives.

Emergency teams are still on the ground, continuing search and rescue operations as hopes remain that more survivors could be found.
