The Rivers State Police Command has cautioned against collecting transport money from individuals without intending to meet them, warning that such behavior is a punishable offense. According to the Police Public Relations Officer, Grace Iringe-Koko, the act is considered obtaining money under false pretenses and is regarded as a crime under the law.
