CAVB releases list for BVB IRCC in Banjul
Rabat Morocco, August 20, 2025 – The Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB) has released the list of candidates following submission of priority list of candidates by the 22 National Federations whose candidates had registered for the IRCC within the registration deadline, CAVB stated in a communique of the list of 25 Course Participants as provided by the respective National Federations and have been accepted to attend the IRCC.
Before the start of the course, a quick test for assessment of the theory knowledge of the rules of the game shall be done by all the 25 candidates plus the observer participants.
In case any of the 25 course candidates fails the quick test, he/she will be replaced by the next participant in the registered list of observers, and who must have had a positive result for the test.
The practical part of the course shall be implemented during the African BVB Youth Development Cup 2025 and shall involve only the 25 participants in the course. Only those who will have been approved at the theory part will be able to officiate as Referees and be evaluated for future IRC nomination.
The course shall be held in Banjul, Gambia with participants arriving on 31st August 2025, the course will run from 1st to 6th September 2025 and departure schedule for September 7th.
